Thanks for a really efficient and fast service. The young lady with whom I discussed my order was very helpful and obviously had excellent communication skills. Many thanks. Valerie Pardy

Dear MyTub
Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.
Many thanks.

Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying £12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011.
