MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened.

They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!
