Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
