Good communication throughout the transaction, fast delivery and good quality products, overall a success - would recommend to others and would buy again myself.

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

My order was recieved and on the date you sent in an email.
Thank you for your prompt service and the fragile parts were un-damaged.
I will employ your services again should the need arise.
If anyone I know needs parts for gas fires etc I will not hesitate to inform them.
