Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ
