Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!

Great prices inc free delivery with excellent customer service.
Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again.
