Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly.
