Just want to commend your staff on the service given on my recent order. Even though the order value was not particularly large, the delivery mix up was sorted quickly and efficiently. Many thanks.

Purchased some really good Radiators. Could not fault anything with the transaction, from sale to delivery.

Products were good,
Delivery was extremely poor.
Was kept aware, but only after chasing Delivery Delay

Service was excellent - kept fully informed.
Product fine, except that the Seat Pillars had no screw slot I had to cut my own.
No problem with the website.

Thanks. That sums it up really. Great product, great price, great customer service, kept me informed at all times. Quick delivery with no issues. Told when the delivery would be, called beforehand spot on.
Trust them they know what they are doing.
