Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. An image would have been useful as even though I got the product no from another web site with image am not 100% certain that this is the correct item due to the difference in prices.
