Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. hi there , no complaints i was very happy with the service i received . i ordered a neautalizer which was on order and would take up to 6 weeks . i think it arrived in 3 to 4 weeks . i was well informed via email of its delivery status and would like to thank all at your branch for doing a great job THANKYOU Steve

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
