First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals. The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.

Great product, easy purchase.
Only neg, I stated for parcel to be left behind my bins on drive, message was not passed on, so I had to ring and request it for next day delivery.

Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.
