Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it. ...mohamed carmally

Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened.
