Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Good experience and very good personal service from Rachel re delivery date which was given as 12th and she has managed it for 8th, however many sites offer next day delivery and I would probably in future shop elsewhere as the wait is quite long and we need product now.
