Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.

my order was late even though i have an email stating it was deliverd on Friday 9th May, when it did arive Wednesday 14th May part of my delivery had bits missing and looked like it was picked up of the workshop floor, so wasnt to impressed!!!

First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I can assure you whilst errors are impossible to eradicate 99% of deliveries take place without a hitch.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.
