Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
