I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

Service was impeccable - could not ask for a better service.
The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.
Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.
Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

Many thanks for great service. Other suppliers quoted 5 to 7 days delivery for the gas valve, MyTub had the part delivery in 24 hours. Christine was an absolute star in facilitating the parts supply. So glad I found you on-line
