After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. There are an extensive range of Items on the website all of which are competitively priced. I am satisfied with the service provided and have placed a further order with MyTub.
