I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). And as an added bonus, mytub offer free delivery on orders over £25, a rare treat amongst suppliers these days.
However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.
