I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. I was beginning to get a bit worried about whether everything would turn up in time. It did but I could have done without the stress!
