A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.
