Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. Excellent communication from pre-order enquiries to after sales when one item arrived damaged. Item was quickly replaced and supplier chased when delivery not on the date specified. Thank you for a friendly, professional and responsive service.

Rad valves arrived ontime good service on that -small packages could come via post more quickly. site search may not work well when precise name of component is not known.

Best price I could find, delivery was a little slow and if I was to order again I wouldnt go for the anti slip option, not worth the extra money! Its a bit of a token gesture.

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.
