I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
I know if it will not change again? They are drinking fountain parts for a
