I am extremely statisfied with my purchase of matki shower cubicle , it was easy to seach for and order the the item required on the website, customer service was excellent, no problem in contacting,sending receving any meesage. The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Thank you MyTub, without you finding the part I needed, it would have cost me over£5000 to replace my boiler.
