I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
I am happy with my purchase with my tub as not only I received great customer service, you are also the cheapest I could find.

your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
