My ordered items are as described, and delivered on a day date that tailored my convenience. I did specify within the notes of my order the day date, for which was acknowledged by a representative through email and delivered. The service was great, the price great, perhaps to improve further the efficiency of the company, a time frame could have been allocated 7-12 or 12-6 as examples. Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommended mytub in the future.

I googled this item and saw your website came up saying £25.91 door to door. When I ordered the item I noticed you added VAT. It said free delivery. Now I get an email saying I owe £7.95 Delivery VAT. I believe this is misinterpretation. I have never ordered an item anywhere before where delivery charge does not come up at the time of ordering and then told later I owe for delivery. Unless I can get this item for Free Deliveyr please cancel my order.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
