Although the item took a long time to be delivered I was kept constantly updated about what was happening and my messages were immediately responded to. As I didnt urgently need the item this communication was greatly appreciated.

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. She also arranged for the delivery to be delayed by two weeks until I got back from holiday. Fantastic service!

Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
