Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.
