The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...

Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.

The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.
