Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.
