After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly.

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. You saved my day I could get rid yellow bath panel,no funds to replace the shower bath. Fast delivery no problem at all .i thank you all at Mytub. You are very helpful.
