I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.

The soap dispenser arrived on the date stated but was slightly defective. I phoned the local supplier and it was replaced the following working day. Excellent service.

Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad.

I have made two seperate orders for radiators and both have arrived when advised without any problems.I think the email contact with Laurie is excellent. The website could be easier to navigate and a few more pictures of the products would help the non professional.
