I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

Excellent customer service, exceeded expectations. Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated.
