I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! It is disappointing that you refuse to post small items when I was happy to pay internation postage with signature / insurance. The cost of sending 3 small items that would basically fit into an envelope is extremely high and to insist on courier service is disappointing.

To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.

well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.
