A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.
Overall a Good service and good communications by Mytub and i would use again.

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".

Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened.

Smooth ordering process.

The goods were well packaged and arrived safe and sound.
