Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential.

Item received 3911 instead of 31811. Waited in for 3 days in order to
sign for item as we have no near neighbours. Not at all impressed with
UK Mails delivery service. Jeanette and Christine at MyTub very helpful tho, and always pleasant throughout.
