We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way.

The DELABIE Shower head holder in chrome metal dia. 25&32mm is now fitted and provides a robust and stylish answer for replacement shower head holders. The original abs plastic equipment failed, the replacement abs plastic failed this one now seems to be the business.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. Delivery took longer then estimated but MY TUB staff were helpful and send me a copy of manual instructions and dimensions of the item so I could do some works before installing an item.
