Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.
