I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.

Delivered item in bubble wrap in plastic bag, delivery driver opened bag so i could inspect items2 aerator tubes ok because these are quite fragile.but no problems,good coms del on time, items as ordered.

I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.
