I have just used your site to order a spare part and thought you might like
to know that your site is the best one I have been on for ages in terms of
clarity, ease of use and information. Can't fault it.

|Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.
|Product was as described and communication was good but delivery took nearly 2 weeks from placing order. A little disappointing.
|Delivery arrived on date specified.Box had been opened but goods appeared ok. Not yet fitted and will contact you if there is a problem. Many thanks for very good service.
