I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France.
Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made.
In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing.
These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation!

Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good.
