Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice.

Radiator casing arrived early on the requested day and in good condition. However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible.

I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use.
