I found the Company MyTub very helpful, well priced and after my electrician found he diid not need the part, only an hour after I had placed the order, they canceled the order without a fuss. I shall certainly place them at the top of my list for future plumbing parts. B.rgds

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

Hi!
I received the order on the scheduled day
I am satisfied with the cooperation and courtesy
I believe, however, excessive shipping charge
The desktop version website is functional
Greetings
