Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.

Without this company we would have to have bought a new boiler. They were the only people to stock the part on an old but very usable boiler. Excellent communication and service. Would highly recommend them

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.
