Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks!

Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

Excellent service, although bag of coals with foam pellets could have been put in a smaller box, save on packing.
