Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.

Quite surprised when plumb centre delivered the goods as I had already been there to source parts and I have an account with them. Nevertheless good service parts were delivered early and fitted same day.

I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful response from your team when I needed to check precise delivery time. A very personal service! This was a welcome surprise as I chose to buy from you on price and I didnt expect to get such great service too. Thanks!

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.

Very impressed with the service I have received from My Tub. Order arrived very quickly and staff were very helpful when I had cause to ring to query an issue setting up my account.

Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others.

Good price, great service. Order arrived after one day. I was kept informed as to the status of the order regularly. When I need bathroom "stuff" again, will definitely use. Cheers.
