I would definitely recommend MyTub to friends and family. They had the best prices and best customer service. Christine was a super star. She contacted me to make sure my order was correct. She also sent me e-mail to let me know when I would expect my delivery. 55 stars.

Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post
