I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.

Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

|well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.
Very easy to use the web site, item ordered was exactly as described and order process was very easy.
Item was delivered on time and driver was very helpful and polite.
Will deff use MyTub again and am delighted to have discovered you!
