On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with.
