After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.
Kind Regards

Order arrived safely on time, well packaged. Items are correct. It is satisfying to know that elements from ancient toaster are still available at reasonable price. I shall be looking at "Mytub" again when I need parts for domestic appliances.
