Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

The boiler flue adaptor is exactly what is required to fix the flue problem as soon as the plumber gets round to it.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Took forever to arrive but excellent communication regarding timing etc throughout. Driver called on day of delivery to advise how long he would be. Product in perfect condition and fits as expected. We would definitely use the service again.

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake.
